The GE-S series shredders have a high degree of automation and high production efficiency, enabling users to economically and effectively recycle large-caliber plastic waste, wood,domestic garbage，pipes and lumps and so on.
The single shaft shredder consists of a motor, a hard-toothed reducer, a rotating blade shaft, imported moving blades, fixed blades, a frame, a base, a box, a hydraulic cylinder, an oil pump and other main components.
The frame is equipped with a fixed blade, and the rotating blade shaft is equipped with a removable embedded moving blade. The moving blade is a four-corner blade that can be used. After being blunted, it can be removed and the angle can be changed. It is composed of a heat-treated structure. The hardness after treatment reaches HRC60° or above, so it has a long service life, strong cutting ability, high production capacity, and effectively reduces labor intensity and improves the working environment.
