- Answer and resolve various questions raised by users; and assist clients in formulating crushing solutions from a technically feasible perspective
- Provide processing equipment for customers to conduct on-site visits, inspections, and machine testing
In-sales Service
- Provide customers with a complete set of product operation and usage manuals
- Assist customers in planning and designing production sites based on on-site time availability
- Provide technical training to user operators
After-sales Service
- The equipment has arrived at the user's site, and further training and guidance will be provided to the operators to ensure their proficiency in operation
- The entire set of equipment comes with a 1-year warranty (excluding consumable parts)
- During the warranty period, our company will provide periodic technical guidance to users and resolve any issues they encounter
- The gearbox motor is under warranty for one year
- Free replacement of a new shaft if it breaks within one year
