A shredder is a low-speed, high-torque, high-power crushing device. It primarily uses shearing, tearing, and extrusion to break large, irregular, and difficult-to-process materials into smaller pieces. It is widely used in solid waste treatment and resource recycling. It features high torque, impact resistance, stable operation, low noise, low dust, and uniform output. It can achieve waste reduction, resource recovery, and harmless treatment, making it a core piece of equipment in modern recycling and environmental protection production lines.
Customization Options
Custom colors, voltages, and machineproduction according to drawings are supported.
Shredder Process Materials
The core components of the shredder are selected based on high wear resistance, toughness, and impact resistance.
Key components such as blades, cutter shafts, housings, liners, and screens are all made of special steel and alloys, combined with forging, heat treatment, and surface strengthening processes, adaptable to different materials and heavy-duty conditions.
Shredder Functions and Features
Intelligent Electronic Control, Easy Operation
This single-axis shredder is equipped with a Siemens programmable control system, supporting automatic control. It has functions for starting, stopping, reversing, and automatic reverse in case of overload.
Core Performance, Outstanding Advantages
The equipment operates with low speed, high torque, and low noise. The core working performance is excellent.
Structural Design, Efficient And Anti-sticking
The hopper adopts an overall moving design, which not only improves the discharge efficiency of the equipment but also effectively reduces the sticking problems during operation.
The shredder consists of a motor, a hardened gear reducer, a rotating cutter shaft, imported moving and fixed blades, a frame, base, housing, hydraulic cylinder, and oil pump. Fixed blades are mounted on the frame, while removable embedded moving blades are mounted on the rotating cutter shaft.
These moving blades are four-sided and usable; when dull, they can be removed and their angles replaced. After heat treatment, their hardness reaches HRC60 or higher, resulting in a long service life, strong cutting ability, high output, effectively reducing labor intensity and improving the working environment.
What We Service
Why Choose Us?
Our shredder is a European-style shredder, meeting the waste recycling requirements of various industries. The main shaft adopts a V-shaped structure design, forged from a single piece of round steel, and CNC machined in one piece.
It is also suitable for recycling plastic pipes, machine head materials, paper, wood, fiber, rubber, and municipal solid waste, among other materials. It can recycle a wide variety of materials. We configure the optimal solution for our clients based on factors such as material feed size, production volume, and final product output size.
It is equipped with upper and lower stationary blades, preventing soft materials such as ton bags, woven bags, and films from tangling around the rollers.
How A Shredder Works
The essence of a shredder is powerful "shearing + compression + tearing," cutting and tearing large, irregular materials into smaller pieces.
Economy is more affordable
1
Material is fed into the shredder chamber via hopper, conveyor, or manually.
2
A hydraulic pusher plate presses the material against the cutter rollers to prevent slippage and uneven loading.
3
The cutter rollers rotate at low speed and high torque, driven by a motor and reducer.
4
The moving and stationary blades form a scissor-like shearing action, tearing and shredding the material.
5
Discharge control: Shredded material smaller than the screen openings falls from below; larger pieces remain in the chamber for further shredding until they meet the required size.
6
